How do I book?

Easy! Just head to our Booking page, choose what you’d like to rent, and fill out the short request form. We’ll follow up quickly to confirm your date, availability, and any extra details.

How far in advance should I book?

The sooner, the better! Our weekends fill up fast — especially during spring and fall. We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, but if your party’s coming up soon, reach out anyway! We’ll do our best to squeeze you in.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes — a small deposit is required to reserve your date. This helps us keep things fair and lock in your spot. The remaining balance is due the day of your event, before setup.

What happens if it rains?

We totally get it — Texas weather is unpredictable! If rain or high winds are in the forecast, we’ll reach out and offer to reschedule or issue a credit for a future date. We don’t set up in unsafe conditions, but we’ll always work with you to find a happy solution.

Are your inflatables clean and safe?

Absolutely. We clean and sanitize every item after each use, and our team sets up everything securely using proper anchoring and safety checks. Your child’s safety is our priority.
